Solution:
1. Python + opencv + tesseract to implement OCR. If the recognition rate of the open-source model is unacceptable, the recognition model needs to be trained
2. Send the recognition results to the web via HTTP
2018~2019: Completed the processing, assembly, assembly, and commissioning of customized marine full-slewing handles for customers. Since the end of 2019, a redesign has been underway to address issues found in the application.
